Spirit Mind Body Fayre

Hypnopuncture will have a stand at the Spirit Mind Body Fayre at the Life Improving Centre on Sunday 6 December 2009. The fayre is open to the public from 10am - 5pm and has free admission. Hypnopuncture will have a stand there so if you have any questions or queries the fayre offers a great chance to come along and meet Alex and Paul and find out what Hypnopuncture could do for you.

Weight Loss Group Talk

If you always list loosing weight as one of your new years resolutions but never quite seem to be able to keep be able to shift the weight or keep going to the gym. Then you need to come along to The Hypnopuncture Weight Loss Group Talk in the New Year.

Paul & Alex will be introducing the new Hypnopuncture Weight Loss Groups and how they can help you to not only lose the weight you want to lose next year but also keep it off.

The talk will be at the Life Improving Centre in Hemel Hempstead on Wednesday 13 January 2010 at 7pm and entrance is free.
