Outside of London & Hertfordshire?
If you are unable to receive treatment in person because you live too far from London etc, we can still send you one of our Easy Weight Loss Packs.  These packs contains 3 hypnosis CDs with recordings of all six of the hypnopuncture sessions, 2 bottles of Hypnopuncture Energy Essences which work on the energy channels in a similar way to the acupuncture, as well as 2 packs of acupressure ear seeds with instructions and a nutrition and self help guide.  The pack should be used as a six week programme and can be almost as effective as receiving treatments in person.
