WHAT IS AN ENERGY ESSENCE?
An energy essence is spring water that has been infused with healing energies.  When taken as drops, the essence will help to clear and balance your meridians and energy systems. This will in turn have a beneficial effect on your metabolism and digestive system.  They work in a similar fashion to homeopathic and flower essence remedies.

HOW DO I USE THEM?
The dosage for the energy essences is seven drops on the tongue, twice per day. Ideally you should take them at the beginning and end of each day.  Try to avoid taking them straight after food or after brushing your teeth as this will affect the absorption slightly.  A useful tip is to keep them by your bedside and take them as soon as you awake in the morning and just before you go to sleep at night.  Please note that the essences also contain a small amount of alcohol for preservative purposes. Also try to avoid placing your essence near mobile phones, pc’s, laptops or any other electro-magnetic device.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Energy essences are completely safe to use and you cannot overdose on them.  There are generally no side effects, however you may experience some mild detoxification symptoms such as headache, loose bowels, nausea and aches and pains.  If you do experience any such symptoms, then you should stop taking the essence for two or three days, drink plenty of water and resume taking them when your symptoms have cleared up.
